Hi, I’m Nicole! Some of my earliest childhood memories are of riding my bike through my Anchorage neighborhood, slowing down in front of homes I loved. Not because I knew who lived there, but because I would sit out front and let my imagination run wild. That love for home has followed me through every season of life, even all the way to Waco, Texas, where my family relocated partly just to be near the world Joanna Gaines built at Magnolia. No regrets!

Naturally, real estate found me in 2013, and it has been my world ever since. I started as an Executive Assistant, then built my own Transaction Coordination business, which means I have spent over a decade in the details: contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and the thousand moving pieces that go into every transaction. I have read more contracts and caught more nuances than many agents see in a full career. That background is my superpower, and it is entirely in your corner.

Now, as a licensed agent serving Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Wasilla, Palmer, JBER, and beyond, I bring that same precision alongside something that matters just as much: I genuinely care. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and proactive are words my clients use to describe me, but what I hope they feel is that they were truly looked after. Alaska has my whole heart. It is where I met and married my husband, where my son was born, and the place that keeps calling me back no matter how far I roam. After years of travel across the country, it became undeniable. There is truly no place like this one!

When I am not helping clients, you might find me feeding my sourdough starter, baking something from scratch, getting lost in a good book, going for walks with my husband, or playing yard games by the lake with our big, loud, wonderful family.
